How SpeakCanada AI handles prepaid access periods, refunds, and abuse.

Access period
Access for 30, 180, or 365 days is prepaid once. It does not renew automatically and does not need to be cancelled. Paid features remain available until the expiry shown in the app.
Refund requests
For Web checkout refunds, email [email protected] with your account email and order information. App Store or Google Play purchases follow their platform refund process.
Access after refund
Paid (Pro) access may stop immediately after a refund, chargeback, failed payment, or expired subscription.
Abuse
Repeated refunds, chargeback fraud, free-limit abuse, or multi-account bypass attempts may lead to account suspension.
