Delete your account in the app, or email a deletion request if you can no longer sign in.

Delete in the app
Sign in, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. Account-owned product data is then removed.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] with the subject SpeakCanada AI account deletion and your registered email address. Never send a password, payment card number, or identity document.
What is deleted
Practice reports, transcripts, bookmarks, personal corpus items, and account data are deleted. Limited payment, security, or legally required records may be anonymized or retained under the published retention rules.
Timing
In-app deletion normally completes immediately. Email requests are handled within a reasonable period and may require account-ownership verification.
